These terms apply to every offer and every order placed in this webshop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Prices<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

All prices are in euros and include Dutch VAT (21%). Shipping costs are shown before you pay, see Shipping & Delivery<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Your order<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The contract is concluded when you receive our order confirmation by email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You pay securely via our payment provider Mollie with iDEAL | Wero, Bancontact, PayPal, Apple Pay or a credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard). Your order is processed once the payment has been confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We ship worldwide with PostNL or DHL. See Shipping & Delivery<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You may cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving it, without giving a reason. Earrings are delivered in sealed packaging. For hygiene reasons, they cannot be returned once the seal has been broken. See Returns & Refunds<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Warranty and complaints<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

All our jewelry comes with a 6-month warranty, starting on the day you receive your order. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, such as a broken clasp, a loose setting or a faulty solder joint. It does not cover normal wear and tear, natural tarnishing or discoloration of silver and brass, damage caused by accidents, misuse, contact with water, perfume or chemicals, or repairs or alterations made by others. If a covered defect appears, we will repair or replace the item, or refund it if repair or replacement is not possible. This warranty does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer: under Dutch law a product must meet what you may reasonably expect of it (conformity), also after the warranty period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are not affiliated with an out-of-court dispute resolution body. If we cannot resolve a dispute together, it will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
