Who we are<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The webshop Infinite Freedom (infinitefreedom.nl) is run by Happy Straw, W. Pijperstraat 45, 3208 AV Spijkenisse, the Netherlands (KvK 71597220). We are responsible (the &#8220;controller&#8221;) for the processing of your personal data as described in this policy. What data we collect and why<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Placing an order:<\/strong> name, address, email address, phone number (optional), the products you order and payment status. We need this to process, ship and invoice your order (legal basis: performance of a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to meet our tax obligations (legal obligation, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Customer account:<\/strong> if you create an account, we store your name, email address, addresses and order history so you can view your orders and check out faster (performance of a contract). You can also order without an account.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Sign in with Google:<\/strong> if you choose to sign in with your Google account, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us to create or open your account. We do not receive your Google password.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Contact:<\/strong> when you email or call us, we use your details and message to answer your question (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, or performance of a contract if it concerns an order).<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Newsletter:<\/strong> your email address, only with your consent (see section 5).<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Website use:<\/strong> technical data such as your IP address and browser type, needed to run and secure the website (legitimate interest).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Who we share your data with<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We only share your data with parties that we need to run our webshop:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Mollie B.V.<\/strong> (Amsterdam, the Netherlands) handles your payment. Mollie also processes your payment details under its own privacy policy.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>PostNL and DHL<\/strong> receive your name, address and, where needed, email address or phone number to deliver your order and send you tracking updates.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>mijn.host<\/strong> (the Netherlands) hosts our website and its database.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Automattic Inc.<\/strong> (MailPoet Sending Service) delivers our newsletters, see section 5.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Google<\/strong>, only if you choose to sign in with Google.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Our accountant and the tax authorities<\/strong>, as far as required by law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parties that process data on our behalf do so under a data processing agreement. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, this happens only with appropriate safeguards, such as the EU\u2013US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission&#8217;s Standard Contractual Clauses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Cookies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We use necessary cookies that the webshop needs to work, for example to keep the products in your shopping cart, to keep you logged in and to remember your cookie choice. These do not require consent. We only place other cookies (functional, analytical or advertising) if you allow them in our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time via the cookie icon at the bottom of the page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Newsletter<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you subscribe to our newsletter (in the footer of the website, at checkout or when you create an account), we use your email address to tell you about new collections. We only do this with your consent, and we first ask you to confirm your subscription by email (double opt-in). To be able to show that you agreed, we keep a record of when and where you subscribed and of your IP address at that moment. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every newsletter contains a link to unsubscribe and a link to manage your subscription. You can also unsubscribe by emailing <a href=\"mailto:info@infinitefreedom.nl\">info@infinitefreedom.nl<\/a>. After you unsubscribe we stop sending newsletters and keep only what we need to respect your choice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not measure whether you open our emails or click their links unless you allow it. You can give or withdraw that permission at any time via \u201cTracking preferences\u201d at the bottom of every newsletter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our newsletter runs on MailPoet, a plugin on our own website, so your email address is stored in our website\u2019s database. The emails are delivered by the MailPoet Sending Service of Automattic Inc., which processes your email address on our behalf. Automattic is based in the United States; the transfer is protected by the safeguards described in section 3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. How long we keep your data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Order and invoice data: 7 years, because Dutch tax law requires us to keep our records for that period.<\/li>\n\n<li>Customer account: as long as your account exists. You can ask us to delete it at any time; order data we must keep for tax purposes is kept until the 7-year period ends.<\/li>\n\n<li>Emails and other contact: up to 2 years after our last contact, unless they relate to an order.<\/li>\n\n<li>Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Security<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We protect your data with appropriate technical and organisational measures. Our website uses an encrypted connection (SSL), and we never see or store your full card details: payments are handled by Mollie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Your rights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. Where we process data based on your consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time. To use your rights, email <a href=\"mailto:info@infinitefreedom.nl\">info@infinitefreedom.nl<\/a>. We respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, <a href=\"https:\/\/autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl\">autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Changes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may update this privacy policy, for example when we add new services.
